In the following video, Dr. Katherine Ellison, chair of the Department of English at Illinois State University, introduces A Celebration of the Life of Dr. Kass Fleisher (Tuesday 4 April 2023, 6-9 pm, Brown Ballroom I, Bone Student Center) with a brief summary of Prof. Fleisher’s years at ISU. Joe Amato then presents his prepared remarks, entitled “Already Gone” (absent a one-minute clip of Amato playing The Eagles’s hit on his iPad, due to copyright restrictions).
